I had an overall decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, which made for a comfortable environment, though they had a musty smell. The service was a mixed bag; some staff were helpful, but I encountered a rude employee who kept adding extra charges. The location was convenient for reaching downtown and the beach, which I really appreciated. However, the dining options and breakfast could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the location is fantastic and offers a spacious room, the early morning construction noise was quite bothersome. I also faced a little issue with the owner regarding my room air conditioning, which felt a bit curt. Plus, it would have been nice to have a secure place for my valuables. Overall, there are definitely some positives, but a few things could use improvement.
I recently stayed at this resort spa, and overall, it was a nice experience. The rooms were clean and cozy, though the noise from the busy main road was a bit bothersome at times, especially in the evenings. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Playa Cocles, and I enjoyed the friendly service from the staff. However, some additional charges added to the room felt unnecessary and took away from the overall value.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, being right across from the beach and close to the charming downtown area. However, the rooms left something to be desired with poor ventilation and noise from nearby construction and evening gatherings. The service was decent, but it felt like the staff was more focused on cleaning than assisting guests. The dining options were fantastic with a wonderful bakery next door, making mornings delightful.
I had a lovely stay at this resort spa. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and a nice balcony where I could watch monkeys in the trees. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Playa Cocles, but there were a couple of downsides. The lack of air conditioning in the room was uncomfortable at times, and while the dining was decent, I wish there were more breakfast options. Overall, it was a great value for the experience I had.
